Energy Star Appliances

Homes are using more energy each year, which equate to higher bills. To help lower energy costs, consider changing your home appliances to those that have earned the Energy Star rating. These appliances could save you a significant amount of money on energy bills.

Save Energy, Save Money

When shopping for an appliance, remember that it has a tag that informs you of the amount of energy it uses yearly. Energy Star qualified appliances typically use 10–50 percent less energy and water than non-Energy Star qualified appliances.

If you are thinking of buying new appliances consider buying an efficient Energy Star products, which are given this rating due to their high energy efficiency.
