How to activate your security system

Operating a WH Security system is easy! The keypad is simple and the buttons are easy to read. It's not much different than working a remote control for a television. To arm your security system, you would enter your personal pass code and you would have between 1 and 45 seconds to exit the house before the alarm is tripped by the motion in your house. (the technician will program based upon your preference)

How Alarm Monitoring Works:

Step 1: Arm your security system

Step 2: An emergency alarm signal is detected and reported

Step 3: An alarm signal is sent to the emergency dispatch center and an audible alarm is sounded at your property

Step 4: Our emergency response dispatcher verifies there is an emergency

If a false alarm is indicated by the owner of the security system (a password has to be given to verify its not a burglar), then emergency personnel will not be dispatched.

Step 5: Our emergency dispatcher will notify your emergency contact list of key holders that an emergency has been reported so they can check on you, your loved ones or property.
