• Low temperature sensor – This sensor will alert you when the temperature in your home drops below a preset level. Perfect for when you are away from home in the winter.
• Flood/sump pump failure sensor – This sensor alerts you when water touches it. Place it directly in your sump pump basket to ensure your pump is working properly or in a position of your home susceptible to flooding.
• Carbon monoxide sensor –Protect your family from this poisonous gas with this sensor that alerts you when it detects the presence of carbon monoxide. Minnesota state law also requires that you have one within 10 feet of all sleeping quarters.
• Fire/smoke sensor - Fire sensors detect and then alert you of the presence of smoke or fire so you can evacuate. Our monitoring center will dispatch emergency personnel to your home.
