The wireless communication device allows homeowners and businesses with monitored security systems to receive dependable monitoring services through WH Security without a home phone line.
Your security system panel communicates with this wireless communicator when an alarm is detected. The wireless communication device communicates alarm signals over the GSM, or cell tower network, eliminating the need for a phone line. The alarm signal is then received at our dispatch center, just like normal.
*Wireless alarm communicators work with homes that have voice over Internet protocol (VOIP) phone service.
A Back-Up Solution for Phone Service Disruption
The wireless communicator can work as a back-up system to the traditional phone line. This way if your phone service is disrupted or canceled, the communicator can act as a back-up unit.
