Sign up for Wright-Hennepin's E-Billing program to receive an email when your bill is ready to be viewed and paid online through a secure website. You will have the option to pay your bill with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), debit card or e-check.
With E-Billing, you also have the option of opting out of receiving a paper statement in the mail. To go completely paperless, either log into your E-billing account and select "Email/Password" on the left hand side and then "Password" to choose paperless, or call (763) 477-3000 and speak to a representative.
