Mark Vogt, President and CEO

Mark Vogt has been the President and CEO of Wright-Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association (WH), since 1996 and an employee since 1980. In addition to his responsibilities at WH, Mark currently holds leadership positions at various levels of the state and nation’s electric utility industry.
