Medical Priority
W-H attempts to provide customers who are on life-support systems priority during outages. If you or a family member requires a life-support system, make sure you are on W-H’s "critical human service list" before an outage occurs. You can request to be put on the list by downloading this critical services form and returning the completed form, signed by your physician to our office.

Verification letters will be mailed to members confirming that the information has been put on W-H's critical human service list. If you have been on the list in the past but some of your information has changed, please call to provide the new information so that our records are current.

Anyone who has service requirements for livestock and other similar loads should arrange for an alternative backup power source if a long-term outage would adversely affect their business.
