Wright-Hennepin's 2025 Annual Meeting

Wright-Hennepin (WH) outlined plans for Powering You Through Change and Challenge and marked 88 years of the cooperative difference at the 2025 Annual Meeting Thursday, April 24 from 7-8 p.m.

1,725 meals were served and 753 registered members attended. Members who stayed through the end of the business meeting received a pound of butter.

The Annual Meeting included:

  • Director elections for Districts 4, 6, and 8
  • Financial report
  • WH and WH Holding leadership reports

The event was livestreamed for members to watch remotely, and those viewing the livestream could enter to win one of two $50 bill credits. The winners are:

  • Lauren Wander, Plymouth
  • Kellie Miller, Buffalo

Members who visited informational booths around the event were also able to enter to win gift card prizes. This year's winners included:

  • Donna Ortquist, Buffalo
  • Ruth Bane, Annandale
  • Joyce Pauley, Monticello
  • Sheila Erickson, Delano
  • Robert Kuhlmann, Buffalo
  • Marylou Odden, Buffalo
  • Ann Yonak, Buffalo
  • Shannon Fowler, Plymouth

The winner of the electric lawn mower was Kelvin Oscarson of Watertown. 

There was also an early-bird drawing for those that voted for their district's Director before April 17. The winner of the iPad was Jason Kindseth of Plymouth.

Almost 70 children checked in to the children's activity room, available to attendees ages 4-10. Four children took home a new bike. This year's winners were:

  • Jayda, Otsego
  • Oscar, Buffalo
  • Ruby, Watertown
  • Gannon, Maple Grove

The winner of the 2013 Ford F-150 extended cab was Shannon Mattson, Rockford.

Director Elections

The Board seats for Districts 4, 6, and 8 were up for election. Read more about the candidates in the 2025 Annual Report.

Almost 1,500 votes were cast. The election winners are:

  • District 4 - Richard Dehmer, Buffalo
  • District 6 - Mike Tieva, Maple Grove
  • District 8 - Mark Skinner, Maple Grove
