If you qualify for income eligible status and would like to make your home more energy efficient, there are local community action programs that can help you maximize your home’s energy efficiency.

The Department of Energy requires utilities – like WH – to set aside a percentage of their sales dollars for members who qualify as low income status. Through WH’s partnership with local agencies, you can receive services such as home weatherization to help heat and cool your home more efficiently, appliance repair and/or appliance replacement.

Members who are interested in this program should contact the agency in their county to see if they qualify for low income status. A list of local agencies we serve are listed below. All of the information that you provide to them is kept confidential and will only be used by the agency working on your behalf.

If you’re in need of one of these services or if you know someone that is, please contact the agency in the county you reside.
