Water payments, credit card payments, car payments, house payments, phone payments, etcetera. Each day there is a different bill to be paid in addition to other errands and activities. At Wright-Hennepin (WH), we try to make paying your electric bill easy, so you can focus on what’s important. WH provides various options for receiving your bill along with making payments.

There are six ways you can choose to pay your WH electric bill: phone, online (E-billing), automatic bank draft (EZ Pay), mail, drop box or in-person.

Phone

To make a phone payment, call (763) 477-3131 to be connected with WH’s automated payment line. This secure service accepts payments using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover), debit card or bank draft and allows you to check your account balance. This payment method is available 24/7, so you have access to it any time of day that is convenient for you, just make sure to have your account number on hand!

Note: If you have a past due amount, the automated system will not allow a payment.

Online (E-billing)

WH’s E-billing program sends you an email when your bill is ready to be viewed and you can pay it online through a secure website. The website accepts one-time payments using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover), debit card or e-check. This payment method also provides the option of going paperless by opting out of mailed paper statements. To sign up for this program, visit our online account services page or call (763) 477-3000.

This program can also be paired with our EZ Pay program to make payments even easier!

Automatic bank draft (EZ Pay)

WH’s EZ Pay program allows your payments to be made automatically through your checking or savings bank account or credit card. In addition, you are able to pick from a range of due dates! To sign up for this program, visit our EZ Pay page to fill out the form or call (763) 477-300.

This program also offers a paperless option if you sign up for the E-billing program.

Mail
