  • Time-of-Use energy rate as low as $0.07750/kWh (10 p.m.–5 a.m.)
  • Rebate up to $500 for a BEV and $150 for a Plug-in hybrid (PHEV) with a new Level 2 charging station installation

How Does It Work?

Your energy rate varies based on the time of day you charge your EV. Charging is available anytime, but you'll save the most by charging overnight during off-peak hours. The program uses a separate meter to track your EV charging, and rates are not subject to Power Cost Adjustment (PCA).
