WH Account and the MyMeter Tool

Access the MyMeter tool through your WH Account. Your WH Account provides billing and payment information, while the MyMeter tool provides information about energy usage, outage notifications, and more.

When you log into your WH Account online, you can:

  • Access a Link to View the MyMeter Energy-Use Tool

  • Pay Your WH Bill Securely

  • View Billing Statements and Payment History

  • Set Up a One-Time Payment Profile

  • Set Up EZ Pay Automatic Payments

  • Choose your Preferred Payment Date

  • Pay by Credit Card, Debit Card, or E-Check/Bank Draft

  • Enroll in Paperless Billing

  • View the Outage Map

MyMeter

With the MyMeter tool, you can:

  • View your energy use over time

  • Track usage trends by hour, day, weather, meter, and more

  • Discover insights to help manage energy consumption

  • Report a Power Outage

  • Set up alerts and notifications for:

    • Outages

    • Energy-saving programs and off-peak control times

    • Usage thresholds

Do I need separate logins for my WH Account and MyMeter?

No. WH recommends viewing the MyMeter tool through your WH Account. This way, no separate login is needed. When you log in to your WH account, navigate to the My Account menu at the top, and select the MyMeter link.

Note: If you’re an existing member who has a username/password to log directly into the MyMeter tool, this may be different than your WH Account username/password. If you need assistance, contact member services at (763) 477-3000.
