Please complete this form if you need electric service installed at a building or location that does not currently have electric service. There will be a $15 service-processing charge for all new accounts. 

Identity verification is required to protect your personal information and comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Red Flags Rule. 

When establishing a new electric account as a new member, Wright-Hennepin will require the primary applicants and co-applicants’ 9-digit social security number (SSN) to validate their identity. When validation is approved WH will keep the last 4 digits and may ask you to verify them when you call in.  Should you choose not to verify with your SSN, another form of valid, government-issued photo identification (ID) must be faxed or presented in person at Wright-Hennepin headquarters in Rockford, MN and then a password will be established to verify identity when you call in.

After submitting a completed application form, a WH Construction Services Representative will contact you, if needed, to finish the application process.
