Unclaimed Capital Credits
Each year, Wright-Hennepin distributes capital credits, essentially your share of our margins, back to members like you. Sometimes, those checks go unclaimed because of outdated contact information, returned mail, or inactive accounts.
If your name appears on our most recent Unclaimed Capital Credits list, we want to return what’s rightfully yours.

How to Claim Your Capital Credits
Follow these steps to submit your request:
Step 1: Download the Form
Download and complete the Unclaimed Capital Credit Request Form (PDF).
Step 2: Gather Required Documentation
Attach documentation that verifies your identity and supports your claim.
Step 3: Notarize the Form
Sign the completed form in the presence of a notary public. Your signature must be notarized to be accepted.
Step 4: Mail Your Documents
Mail the completed, notarized form along with all required documentation to:

Estate Claims
If you’re handling a deceased member’s estate, please do not use the form above. Instead, complete our Small Estate Affidavit Form (PDF) and return it to the address listed above. This ensures proper legal processing.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your notarized form and documents:
- We’ll validate your information.
- Your request will be processed within 30 days.
- A check will be mailed to the address listed on your claim form.
