Attend a Board Meeting

A member wishing to simply attend a board meeting, or a member wishing to discuss items of business with the board are asked to fill out the Board Meeting Request Form below. 

The form must be received by the Cooperative five business days before the Board Meeting to allow for appropriate time on the agenda according to Cooperative policy WH CORP- 40 Policy Excerpt. Audio and video recording and photography are prohibited during Board Meetings, except as authorized by the Board. Members are asked to turn off phones and other devices.

Monthly board meetings are open to members. Members wishing to discuss items of business with the Board, or wishing to simply attend a board meeting, are asked to fill out the form below or contact the Wright-Hennepin office at (763) 477-3000. The form or phone call should be received by the Cooperative at least five business days prior to the meeting to allow for appropriate time on the agenda.

If you have answered yes and provided details on what you would like to address, all presentations shall be limited to up to 3 minutes, unless lengthened by the President & CEO or Board Chair for exceptional circumstances.
